Construction building foundations and slab on grade for (3) 9,981 SF units, (1) 4,214 SF unit and (1) 2,836 SF clubhouse. Site concrete included 3,082 LF of 24" curb & gutter, 17,597 SF of sidewalk and 1,689 SF of heavy duty concrete paving.
