PJ's Childcare

Ground up construction of new 2 level childcare facility in Somerset KY. Basement level is 8,893 SF and 15,385 SF main level. Prepared and poured foundations ranging from 2' tall to 15' tall foundation walls with over 600 CY placed. Flatwork consist of 15,058 SF slabs on grade and 9,220 SF slab on decking. Site concrete includes 2,000 SF of sidewalks, 760 LF of curb and gutter and heavy-duty concrete paving.
